Shipping Policy – IceJewells

At IceJewells, we make sure your jewellery reaches you safe, fast, and shining just like you imagined. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders will be delivered.

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India through our trusted delivery partners.

  • International shipping is not available at the moment (coming soon).

2. Order Processing Time

  • Ready-to-ship jewellery: Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.

  • Customized / Made-to-order pieces: Processing may take 5–7 business days (details mentioned on product page).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5–7 business days, depending on location.

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days (subject to courier serviceability).

Note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, strikes, or weather conditions.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • Orders below ₹999 attract a flat shipping fee of ₹70.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional handling charge of ₹50.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/Email/WhatsApp update with the tracking ID and courier details.

  • You can also track your order in the “My Orders” section of IceJewells.com.

6. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or customer refusal, the package will be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping may be done with additional delivery charges.

  • We are not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.

7. Damaged Packages

  • If your jewellery arrives damaged or tampered, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours at icejewells@gmail.com.

  • We will arrange a replacement or resolve the issue at no extra cost.
